I began writing children's books in 1995.  Most of my stories are
about events that have happened to my parents (Link Hubbard Sr. and
Rosie May Hubbard) when they were kids.
Now that my children do not have their grandparents in their lives, I
write about them to share and pass on their wonderful childhood
memories.
I was born in Arkansas and moved to Madison, Wisconsin in 1985.  My
husband Curtis and daughters Andrea and Sharelle love to listen to
the adventures of Link and Rosie.

Sharron Hubbard is quite a lady. Not only is she now a children's
book author, but she is also a volunteer firefighter/EMT in Madison,
served on the Madison Police Force, and works with families of
children with disabilities. Sharron was recently named the 2006
Distinguished Woman of the Year by the YWCA for the time and effort
she puts forth helping others.
